LINK Center provides assistance mainly in the educational setting. The organization has been providing interpreters for students who are deaf enrolled in mainstream classes.
Tutorial services have served not only as aid for students who are deaf to cope with their regular academic loads but also as preparation to enter formal education for beginning learners and to equip out-of-school learners with practical literacy skills to aid them in everyday living.
The sign language training of LINK Center has been accredited by the Philippine Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (PRID) since 2002. This is offered to various groups and individuals.
